Discovery platforms to identify novel regulators of phenotypic plasticity and cancer therapy

We are applying a series of high content unbiased gain of function and loss of function genetic screens (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9, ORFs, RNAi), lineage tracing and single cell methods to uncover novel transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms that promote cancer development, tumor heterogeneity, phenotypic plasticity and modulate responses to immunotherapy. These approaches are applied to cell lines, PDXs, human organoids and novel immunocompetent mouse models of cancer.
